My Livejournal was originally started when I got into CSI just enough to become obsessed. Older entries wax poetic about the relationship between Gil Grissom and Sara Sidle, which became canon and was then tanked by TPTB several years later. (I choose to think they never left the jungle and adopted the monkey and lived happily ever after.)

The person who opened this account over a decade ago liked to knit, watch shows on TV, and listen to music non-stop. The person writing this bio today still knits, listens to a lot of music, and watches tv shows (mostly on Hulu or Netflix these days). The more things change, the more they stay the same, right?

I graduated with a major in English Literature and haven't actually used much if any of that knowledge in either of the jobs I've had since college. I keep telling myself this was beneficial to being a writer, but if a person spends their free time goofing around on Twitter and thinking "I should be writing" instead of actually writing... does that actually make them a writer? It's still a goal in my life, whether that comes to pass remains to be seen.
